How do I know which safety rating I need for my job?
Safety ratings like ASTM or CSA depend on your work environment. We recommend consulting your employer's safety requirements, but generally, steel toes are for impact protection while EH-rated boots offer electrical hazard resistance.
What is your return policy for boots that don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. We recommend trying your boots on indoors on a carpeted surface to ensure a perfect fit before heading to the job site.
How long does shipping take for heavy-duty footwear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer a warranty on your work boots?
Yes, all of our safety shoes come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering material defects and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Are your boots slip-resistant and waterproof?
Many of our models feature oil- and slip-resistant outsoles and waterproof membranes. Please check the specific product features list on the item page to confirm its technical specifications.
